These four video sessions are designed to give you a deeper understanding of yourself and how God has uniquely gifted you. Watching these videos, in conjunction with completing the PLACE evaluation, is an exciting way to learn more about yourself. It also is the first step in FINDING YOUR PLACE to minister at Sugar Creek.

Session 1 – Personality Discovery

God has designed and gifted you with your personality! He wants you to understand it as well as engage in His purposes through your personality mix. This session includes a personality assessment that will help you know your personality more clearly as well as understand how God can use your personality in ministry.

Session 2 – Learning Your Spiritual Gifts

When you became a Christian, God gave you one or more spiritual gifts to be used specifically within the context of ministry to others. This session includes a spiritual gifts inventory to help you better understand how you build up the body of Christ through ministry.

Session 3 – Abilities Awareness

There are certain abilities environments out of which every person most effectively relates to and does ministry with others. This session explains each of those six environments and provides an abilities assessment to help you define exactly what environment(s) of ministry are best suited for you.

Session 4 – Connecting Passion with Ministry

There are certain groups of people or ministry tasks for which each of us has a deeper passion than others. This session helps connect those passions with specific areas of ministry.
